Well I recently was reading "Lemuria and Atlantis" by Shirley Andrews, and there are some testimonials in there from people who had past life dreams of giant caves of crystals where they worked, in Atlantis. Well, I have had dreams like that too! Several times I have been in these huge cavernous chambers deep in the Earth that are just heaped with crystals and stones of all kinds, including some I'd never seen before. In these dreams I'm always trying to shove as many as possible into my pockets and inside my shirt, because I know I may never see these again. In these caverns there is also a rail track, but much thinner than the typical train track. There are also rooms filled with artifacts from every culture around the world, and I'm always gawking at everything, but it's too much to take in.
So some dreams have the "feel" of real life, or maybe a memory, and they are different than so called "normal dreams" which are mostly symbolic or metaphoric. I think we recall specific past life experiences or places, at specific times in our life, when it may pertain to what's going on in our present life. It could be a repeated "lesson" or information about the people we are interacting with, or maybe because of studying esoteric topics and expanding our minds, allowing for these memories to open up once again. While I have had vivid dreams my whole life, I have recently been meditaing more and requesting from my Spirit Guides help in bumping up my psychic development and Shamanic abilities, and so my dreams have become amazingly more vivid. I can taste things, smell things, and colors are brighter. I have a deeper sense of existing in two worlds at the same time, sort of like being an air breather, but also being able to breathe underwater too!
