Last night was all psychedelic Peter Max style imagery, in bright pink, yellow green, turquoise, vivid purple and white accents. As a child, I discovered Peter Max art and fell in love with the colors and designs, especially his people with wings. I am thinking this dream is giving me renewed inspiration based on his work, to develop my own style using bold graphics and colors. It is very joyful art. I think I will spend my summer working on this concept. Now, maybe I can dream about the subject matter? Maybe the subject matter should be my dreams? Or my other love, which is Nature, but it's all kind of wrapped up together. Now that school in almost out, I'm getting the itch to do my own artwork! (only two days of classes left :) and then grading and proctoring :(
